COVID-19 Guidelines
AILA NE no longer requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend in-person events. Mask-wearing is optional and left to individual discretion. Please do not attend if, within 5 days of the event start date, you:

  • Test positive for flu, COVID-19, or any other illness
  • Experience any cold, flu-like, or COVID-like symptoms
  • Have been exposed to someone with COVID or symptoms

By attending, you agree to comply with any federal, state, or local health/COVID-19 regulations and any health measures implemented by AILA. Attendees are solely responsible for any COVID-related or illness-related expenses, including quarantine, medical care, and travel changes. AILA and its affiliates assume no liability for illness, injury, or loss related to COVID-19 or participation in any related events.

Registration & Data Collection
By registering, you consent to AILA NE storing your registration data for event-related use. You may update your preferences with the AILA NE Conference Committee. By registering, you agree to having your name listed on the AILA NE Conference website, on a page that is visible only to website registrants.

Food & Allergy Disclaimer
Food and beverages at AILA NE events may contain allergens. AILA NE is not responsible for adverse reactions. Attendees with allergies or restrictions should exercise caution and notify AILA NE of dietary needs upon registration. While accommodations are requested of food providers, allergen-free guarantees cannot be made.

Use of Images & Recordings
Attendance constitutes consent to AILA NE's use of your image, voice, and participation in photos, recordings, and electronic tracking (e.g., session attendance).

Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. A registered attendee may re replaced by another attendee of the same registration category at no additional cost, provided AILA New England is notified by email no later than 3 days prior to the event.

Program Changes
AILA New England reserves the right to make any changes to the program at any time, including speakers, content, or schedule, without prior notice.

Liability and Disclaimers
Attendance at the conference is at the attendee’s own risk. AILA New England and its Executive Committee or Committee Members shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the event.
